Important Terms & Conditions
• Client Payment: Commission eligibility requires a minimum 40% client payment + PDCs, as applicable.
• False Commitment: Channel Partners must not make any false, misleading, or unauthorized promise to customers.
• Partner Responsibility: If a Channel Partner makes any unauthorized commitment, the Partner will be solely responsible for the commitment made to the client and may be required to explain why such a promise was made.
• Commission Hold/Recovery: Commission may be withheld or recovered if the booking involves false information, unauthorized commitments, or misrepresentation.
• Official Information: Channel Partners must use only JDA Infra-approved prices, offers, payment plans, and marketing material.
• No Unauthorized Offers: Any discount, cashback, assured return, buyback, possession commitment, or additional benefit must have prior written approval from JDA Infra.
